Alex Ramsey, M.A. BCBA

My journey in ABA began in 2017 when I worked as a RBT while pursuing my degree in Special Education. After earning my undergraduate degree, I transitioned into a role as a Special Education teacher, where I integrated ABA principles into the classroom while working toward my goal of becoming a BCBA. In 2021, I earned my BCBA certification and immediately stepped into the role, developing a strong passion for teaching functional communication to individuals without a voice and implementing effective de-escalation strategies. Upon joining Cross River Therapy, I have cultivated a passion for mentorship, staff development, and the expansion of services within Arkansas. My focus remains on fostering a supportive and effective clinical environment while contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
