What is needed to receive ABA therapy in Arkansas
Arkansas requires what is called a "two-prong diagnosis" to receive ABA therapy. This means an initial diagnosis must be given by a speech language pathologist and/or psychiatrist/psychologist, as well as the child's doctor. Once this is completed, they are then eligible for ABA therapy. If you notice symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder in your child, please contact their doctor for an evaluation referral. For common signs and symptoms of Autism, please check out our FAQ section.
Comprehensive evaluations
Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) complete in-depth assessments with your child to discover their skill strengths and what areas they have room to grow. Individualized goals are created following evidence-based practices to decrease behaviors that may interfere with the child reaching their full potential while teaching replacement skills.
Personalized care for your child
Our team of behavior technicians and BCBAs work to ensure all custom goals are implemented to follow neurodivergent affirmative practices.
Each treatment plan includes parent training goals that are customized to each family's needs. Just like your child's goals, parent goals are taught using evidence-based practices. Our goal is to provide our client and their families with the best care and support, including collaborative care to help reach and maintain milestones.
