About

Rafaella Gashi

I am a Charlotte transplant from New Jersey, where I received my master's in Clinical Psychology and my post-masters in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I have been immersed in the field of ABA for over 10 years, working with children and adults with autism and other related developmental disabilities in a variety of settings.

I became a BCBA in 2019 and have enjoyed every single day of being able to provide intensive ABA services to kiddos and adults since! I am also very passionate about research and had the opportunity to conduct a study examining reinforcer choice as an antecedent versus consequence during skill acquisition, which I had the opportunity to present on at the ABAI conference in Chicago in 2019 and which was published in Behavior Analysis in Practice in 2020.

I am absolutely in love with Charlotte and the amazing people I have had the pleasure of meeting since moving here. In my free time, I love to spend time with my cat Dexter, boyfriend, family, and friends, watch true crime documentaries, and be outdoors any chance I get!
