About

Kristin Randy

Kristin has been working with children diagnosed with various disabilities in the home, school and clinic settings since 2012. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Arts and Sciences, Child Development, from San Diego State University and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from The Sage Colleges.

Her second career, in the ABA field, started when she was working in a special education classroom at a public elementary school. Her passion for teaching children with autism a different way to navigate daily situations in a socially significant manner fueled her drive to further her education and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in February 2019.

Kristin brings with her years of managerial leadership experience from Nordstrom and adidas. She has also participated in the opening of several ABA clinics, which serves as an overall balance to compliment her role as our Regional Clinical Director.

Kristin is clinically passionate about individualized client and parent treatment. She is driven by client progress and one of her favorite parts about this field is parent coaching! She is elated to work with such a dynamic group of clinicians with clients being the core focus!

Kristin lives with her husband, two teenage children, her 2 pugs and 1 miniature schnauzer. In her free time, Kristin likes to keep active, spend time with family and friends, be a soccer mom, travel, read books, enjoy the outdoors, and decorate!
